This section has come about as a result
of all the frequently asked questions (FAQs) we have encountered
in running Atkinsons Internet Services over the last few years.

Subjects include setting
up an email account in Outlook and Outlook Express, upgrading
from Outlook to Outlook Express, Basic guides to terminology and
subjects such as viruses. There are also guidelines to opening
email, spotting SPAM mails and viruses before they are opened
and sensible precautions.

section and if you would like to request a new knowledge subject,
please contact us and we will endeavour to construct one and make
